Swedish street-wear label’sWeSC have turned the basement of their Carnaby Street store into an exhibition space. Where Slam City Skates were once housed, the new Superlative Space now showcases the work of some of the brand’s coolest friends and WeActivists.

The latest exhibition is Behind the Groove by music photographer legend, Kingsley Davis, whose two main passions are people and music. Pretty similar to our lust list, but just missing alcohol, shoes, the 90s and dogs-in-bandanas.

Showcasing unseen work from Kingsley’s most recent project, Flip the Script – A Photographer’s Music Diary, the works have been printed on mixed media, including aluminium and wood. makes a change to boring frames, eh?

The images are uber cool – perfect for unleashing the inner hipster in you. Look out for the likes of Neneh Cherry, Florence Welch, Erykah Badu, Ms Dynamite, Pharrell Williams and Nas – all artists who have “achieved success on their own terms”.

And the best part? It’s free. Check out while you can.
