It’s that time of year again.
Even though I have not set foot in a class room for longer than I’d care to admit, the back end of August is synonymous with power purchasing stationary and other classroom must-haves. I had to have the bestest most amazing-ist stuff to make sure I was the envy of all my friends, the object of desire to all the boys and to cement my reputation of trendsetter (I had Clarks’ Magic Step shoes in two colours before anyone else even knew they were out). Being seven years old was tough.
All those years of consumer conditioning mean I am instantly drawn to ‘back to school’ buys and am so loving the collaboration with bag brand Kipling and French designer Jean-Charles de Castelbajac.

I think it’s got a great ’90s hip hop vibe and it’s no wonder Katy Perry and Kane West are fans. My favorite piece is the black back pack covered in vibrant, sketched skeletons. I would totally carry my sandwiches around it (crusts cut off, obvs).
