Pigeon shit magnets Kings of Leon have just released a trailer to their upcoming documentary, Talihina Sky: The Story of Kings of Leon. Chronicling the band’s entire hedonistic, model fucking, beard growing career, director Stephen C. Mitchell chases the Followill brothers around with a camera (I wish that was my job) starting from their days escaping daddy preacher to the vomiting-in-a-bush-era and finishing up with the present day – which is mostly er, marriages and fishing. Not only will this film pack in more Hot Tamale than an American sweet shop, Talihina Sky looks like the real-life version of Almost Famous, and who doesn’t want to be a GOLDEN GOD?
Scheduled to screen at New York’s Tribeca Film Festival later this month, we wait with baited breath ’til it makes it in some sort of DVD/Blu Ray form soon after. Make do with this trailer right here for now…
