We do love to wear black to workout. It is a funeral for our fat after all – also slimming, easy blah blah blah. Not that it feels like it when we’re braving the cutting cold weather on our morning runs (to the garage to buy chocolate, what?), but spring is on the way. Now is a good a time as any to inject some colourful vibes into our workout wardrobes (you all have those right?).

Dotty trainers
Giving off some serious Minnie Mouse vibes. This retro running silhouette is so stylish, let’s face it we’ll be wearing them with jeans, to work, with wedding dresses a la Julia Roberts.

Yeah, we always go crazy for anything Liberty print, this is a really good one. Designed with cyclists in mind this is a really heavy duty ruck sack that fits a lot of kit comfortably. Ideal for a gym after work day.
